Customers may request cancellation of an order by contacting WellSerra as soon as possible after placing the order.
1. Cancellation Before Dispatch
If the cancellation request is received before the order has been dispatched, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order.
Where payment has already been made, an eligible refund will be initiated after cancellation confirmation.
2. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
In such cases, the customer may need to follow the applicable Return & Refund Policy.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method or another appropriate payment method.
Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.
